Personal check, wire transfer, and cash. Cash receipt varies based on location.
Q: What utilities are included in my rent?
Utilities are dependent by location. In most locations, there is a sharing of the utility cost. For instance, we might pay water but the tenant pays for electric.
Q: Why kind of tenants do you look for?
Respectful, clean, and responsible tenants with full-time employment.
Q: Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we accept pets. Depending on the property, there can sometimes be a small, additional charge, for pets. There are limits depending on the type, size, and breed of the domestic animal.
